I'm a product leader at Shopify, focused on AI and commerce. I build products that help people find and buy what they need, through online stores and AI agents.
At Shopify, I led the team that built and launched Collective. More recently, I've worked on Product Network and Shop Skill, helping people discover products across stores and shop through AI agents.
Before Shopify, I was VP Product at ePorta and CPO at Zava. My work has spanned customer research, product strategy, building teams and getting new products into people's hands.
I grew up on a farm in Wiltshire and now live in South London with my wife and two children.

Joining Shopify
Shopify acquired ePorta in 2021. I joined Shopify that November.
Launching services across Europe
I joined Zava in 2015, working across marketing, country management and product before becoming CPO in 2017. I helped launch the service in France and a partner service with Superdrug in Ireland. The work involved building online medical services within very different national regulations.
